What Colour Purses are in for Summer 2021?
Mixing and matching bags and accessories is fun. Please stop buying all your handbags in black just because you can wear them with anything. Most of us end up having at least half a dozen bags, so why not choose six different colours so you can match them with whatever we choose to put on that day? As summer approaches, get ready for it with charming and colourful purses and have a look at the colours that are the biggest trends for purses this summer:
Blue
What’s the most popular colour in jeans? Blue. Do you have a hard time matching your blouses or tops with jeans? No. There is no reason to be always investing in more black purses when you can create more original and innovative looks with other colours.
Blue purses are trending this summer. Our fantastic Blue Leather Tote Bag (£90.00) is a very stylish square shaped bag with a unique squared pattern design. It’s perfect to wear on a day out but also a useful bag to take to the workplace in a smart casual dress code environment.
Green
Green purses are trending this season. They are bright, bold and invoke nature! This Green Leather Handbag by Osprey (75.00) will suit you well on a sunny day outdoors. Try wearing it with a more informal and comfy look, such as our Leopard Pattern Long Sequin Skirt (£36.00) with a casual top and a pair of white trainers.
Red
This is a very common colour for handbags, so red purses are always in. That is not to say you cannot have a trendsetting avant-garde red purse! Have a look at our Red Leather Bucket Bag (£49.60). This is not the most common type of purse design and that’s what makes it special. Another great advantage of this format is that it can retract enough if it doesn’t have many objects inside, but it turns out quite spacious as you put more stuff in.
Orange
Another colour that’s in for handbags this summer is orange. You might not feel like wearing a purse with such a bright colour every day, but you can go with the flow – at the end of the day, we often choose the clothes to wear in the morning depending on our mood. The trick in here is not to attempt to balance the bright colour of your bag with neutral tones in your clothes. In reality, it’s quite the opposite: if your clothes are already colourful, a bright handbag won’t stand out as much.
On the other hand, try wearing this Orange Leather Tote Bag (£64.00) with a black dress or trousers – you will stand out from the crowd for the right reasons.
Pink
Last but not least, pink purses are trending now. Our Pink Leather Bucket Bag (£143.20), although colourful, is fairly understated. It’s a beautiful and elegant purse that will suit all women, even those with the most subtle style; a great investment.
