1.To create a return, exchange, or request an alteration! Simply search for your order details with your order ID, email, or the last 4 digits of your mobile number Remember to select the correct marketplace!
2.Select the service you need and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange. Please note, there is a £1.99 return fee for UK customers. International return rates may vary depending on your location.
*All products must be returned directly to the seller, you will be receive a return label per brand with the corresponding address
3.Repack your item(s) in waterproof, non-see-through packaging, and be sure to include the order note inside.
4.Attach the return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest post office, or present your QR code for processing.
