EU Right to Withdrawal

Under the EU Right to Withdrawal, you can cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched. Search for your order below to get started.

1. Search for your order using your Order ID and your mobile number (last 4 digits), email, postal code or name. Remember to select the correct marketplace!

2. The EU Right to Withdrawal applies to orders delivered within the EU. If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel the item(s) you no longer want.

3. If your order has already been dispatched, you can return it through our standard returns process within 35 days.
