How it works

1. Search for your order above using your Order ID and your mobile number (last 4 digits), email, postal code or name.

2. If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel the item(s) you no longer want — no reason required.

3. If your order has already been dispatched, you can still send it back through our standard returns process within 35 days.

Your rights at a glance

• Your statutory right of withdrawal lasts 14 days from the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods — no reason needed.
• You can cancel free of charge at any time before your order is dispatched.
• Separately, as a commercial courtesy, we offer an extended 35-day returns window — this is in addition to your statutory rights, not a replacement for them.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your cancellation or return has been processed (typically 5–10 business days).

Items that can't be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items are non-returnable, including pierced jewellery, cosmetics, skincare, haircare, fragrances, face masks, lingerie and swimwear, as well as personalised items.

Already dispatched?

If your order is already on its way, you can still exercise your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal by returning your item(s); we also allow returns for up to 35 days as a goodwill extension. Visit our Returns page for full instructions.

Return shipping costs

If you cancel an order before it has been dispatched, there is no charge to you. If your order has already been dispatched and you exercise your right of withdrawal by returning it, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. A return label can be generated on our Returns page — return postage is £8 for EU Countries. Returns are free for Goddiva Unlimited members.
