It's simple – when you receive your dream new look simply try it on with your favourite pair of heels, and if it's a little too long then we'll fix it! Simply email us your desired measurements (from under the arm to the edge of the hem) and send us back your gown and we'll adjust it to make sure it's the perfect length for you. You'll have it ready to wear in just 7-14 days – in time to wow the crowds whatever the occasion!

Sounds simple right? It is! Just a few things to bear in mind:

  • We are only able to alter the length of your dress or jumpsuit. Alterations to the bust/waist/hip measurements are not available at this time
  • Products to be altered should be returned via standard delivery at your cost
  • We will alter your outfit free of charge and deliver back free of charge via standard delivery
  • Delivery will take up to 7-14 days from the date of the receipt of the garment
  • Offer does not apply to sale items
  • Once an alteration is made we cannot accept any returns
  • Unfortunately we're not able to offer alterations for products with a scalloped or high-low hem
  • Only available with Goddiva, City Goddess & Danaya brands
