How does Goddiva Unlimited work?
Goddiva Unlimited gives you free delivery across all of our delivery methods for a whole year, including free next day delivery on Goddiva brand products!
You need an account to access Goddiva Unlimited, but once logged in you can purchase your membership via the button above, or directly from the cart. With Unlimited Delivery in your basket you'll be able to access free shipping immediately, or alternatively you can purchase it separately and it will be active as soon as you receive confirmation. From the date of purchase you will be able to enjoy 12 months of Unlimited free shipping!

What if I want to cancel my Unlimited Delivery?
If you change your mind, we offer a 14 day cancellation period. To request a cancellation, contact our customer service team at info@goddiva.co.uk

What happens after 12 months?
Unlike some online stores, we won't automatically renew your subscription and charge you again. We'll send you an email to let you know your membership has expired so you can decide to renew whenever works best for you!

Is there anywhere in the UK that Unlimited Delivery is not available?
Unfortunately there are some postcodes where Next Day Delivery is not available (please check our Delivery page for more information). However, if you live in one of these locations you can still enjoy free standard delivery on all orders using your Unlimited subscription.

Shipping is calculated at checkout, however you can use our shipping calculator on your cart or product page to calculate shipping to your location.
Standard UK shipping is at a cost of £3.99.
Next Day UK delivery is available for Goddiva brand products at a cost of £5.99 (orders must be placed Monday-Friday before 1 pm).
Goddiva is an online marketplace and we partner with carefully selected independent brands to bring you unique and unforgettable fashion. Goddiva brand products will be shipped to you from the Goddiva warehouse and others sent directly from the brands that made them. You may receive separate shipping confirmations if parts of your order are coming from different locations. All available shipping options will be shown at checkout.
At Goddiva, we appreciate that customers may change their mind or a style does not suit them as they want. If you receive an item(s) that you are unsatisfied with, whether it be the colour, shape or length, we will offer you an exchange or your money back. Our full return period is 28 days! UK returns are at a cost of £1.99, the cost of international returns varies by location.Goddiva Unlimited (UK) customers get free returns as standard!
