All items purchased from Goddiva & Goddiva Marketplace are subject to the Terms & Conditions. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. Please review our Privacy Statement regarding personal information provided by yourself. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you, please check our website for any updates. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Please note; that once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.

2. Goddiva Marketplace Terms & Conditions

By purchasing through the Goddiva Marketplace website via Goddiva.co.uk, you are buying from one of our third-party brands (Partner(s)), and the purchase contract lies between you and them. We act as an agent for the Partners, but you are purchasing the products from them and we are not a party involved in the contract. The Partners authorise us to complete the contract for them but you are not buying the products from us.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on beauty products, ranging from pierced jewellery, make-up, skin care, fragrances, hair products and anything that can be applied to the skin or body. In addition, we will be unable to accept returns on lingerie & swimwear. 3. Conditions Relating to Your Use of Goddiva.co.uk

Goddiva & Goddiva Marketplace provide access to our website to sell products subject to terms & conditions set out on this page.

We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the website will be uninterrupted and that transmission will be error free. However, due to the nature of the internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access to the website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.

4. Licence for website access 

Goddiva & Goddiva Marketplace grants you a limited licence to access and make personal use of this website, but not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of Goddiva & Goddiva Marketplace. This licence does not include any resale or commercial use of this website or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this website or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robot, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This website or any portion of this website may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, displayed, posted, transmitted or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

5. Description of products

Each product purchased is subject to its product description on Goddiva & Goddiva Marketplace. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all product information appearing on the website is correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted in accordance with our order acceptance policy. Please note, prices are subject to change due to seasonal promotions and discount codes. If a promotion/discount code has expired, Goddiva & Goddiva Marketplace will be unable to amend the price, post order.

6. Displayed colours

We provide colour images and thumbnails for reference only and make no claims that actual colour received will be exactly what you see. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this website. However, the colours you see on your computer monitor may vary from actual colours of our products. Computer Imaging technology is complex and colours you see will vary from computer to computer.

In addition, Goddiva & Goddiva Marketplace try to keep all materials consistent throughout production, however, due to the nature of dyes and fabric there may be a slight variation in the colours of certain products.

7. Orders

We will take all reasonability to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from Goddiva & Goddiva Marketplace. The technical steps required for creating the contract between yourself, Goddiva & Goddiva Marketplace are as follows: 

You place the order for your products on the website by pressing the "Submit Order" button at the end of the checkout process.

You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the website. We will send you an order confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered, the prices and likely dispatch date. Please check the details of your order and notify Goddiva, info@goddiva.co.uk immediately if there are any problems & concerns.

As your product is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a dispatch email. The completion of the contract between you and Goddiva/Goddiva Marketplace will take place on the order confirmation to you of the products ordered. Please note, this is subject to change and orders can be cancelled due to issues with payment authorisation, fraudulent activity & stock levels. If you have not received a confirmation email, please check your inbox/spam/junk email folders or contact info@goddiva.co.uk for more information regarding the order

8. Promotions

Goddiva & Goddiva Marketplace will offer exclusive promotions/discounts throughout the year. Only 1 promotion/discount code can be used per order – following the guidelines per promotion. Promotional/discount codes do not apply to sale items. Free items are only subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or discontinue the promotion without notification. Promotional/discount codes will only apply to orders purchased within the time frame of said promotion – we will be unable to amend the price of an existing order placed before or after the promotional period.

Promotion Details:

  • To qualify, customers must purchase one item at the full price to receive the second lower priced item free!

Refund Policy:

  • Returning Both Items: If both the purchased item and the free item are returned, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Returning Only the Purchased Item: If the purchased item is returned without the free item, a partial refund will be issued. The refund amount will be the price of the purchased item minus the value of the free item.

Exclusions and Limitations:

  • This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
  • The promotion is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

Other Conditions:

  • The free item must be of equal or lesser value than the purchased item.

9. Goddiva Returns Policy

  1. 28-Day Return Policy

Goddiva offers a 28-day return policy from the date your order is received. You have 28 days to return your items for a refund, provided they are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags intact.

  1. UK Return Fees

For returns within the UK, a return fee of £1.99 will be charged per parcel. If you are returning multiple parcels, each parcel will incur a separate £1.99 fee.

  1. International Returns

For international returns, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. The return must be sent back to Goddiva using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.

Please ensure you retain proof of postage when returning items, as Goddiva cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

10. Preventing Online Fraud

If you are using a public or shared computer terminal, we strongly recommend that you do not select “Save My Credit Card Information”. You should only ever select this if your PC is used only by you.

Please be advised that any order that is flagged in our system as a high-risk transaction will be temporarily held and additional information requested, if additional information is not obtained the order will be cancelled.

High risk transactions may include orders with:

  • High order value
  • Different billing and shipping address
  • Unconfirmed address details in PayPal transaction

Goods cannot be dispatched until the requested information is received by email.

You will always be notified by email should your order be flagged up on our system to request the above.

11. International Payments

For Goddiva & Goddiva Marketplace international orders, products are sold on a Delivery Duty unpaid basis. The recipient MAY have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies MAY apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing an order for international delivery.

12. Distance Selling Regulations

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 14 days (from the day you receive your delivery) to arrange a return with us.

In this case we will issue you with a refund, for the item(s) which have been sent back for a refund. In this case the goods must be in their original condition and will be inspected upon their return back to the correct address.

If you decide to return your order with Goddiva/Goddiva Marketplace you must include your returns form which you can find inside your parcel. If this is not available, a note mentioning your order information (i.e. order number, product code, email address used to place the order & the reason for return) will be sufficient.

13. Mobile Terms of Service

The Goddiva mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Goddiva (“Goddiva”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Goddiva’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Goddiva through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialling system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Goddiva. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Goddiva or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Goddiva mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honouring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
