Disappointed

I'm disappointed that the back of the dress does not have the flesh coloured material, as is with the rest of the dress. This is not explained in the description of the dress online and is not visible in the photos provided. I would never have ordered it if that had been clear - and now you will charge me for a return.
The zip is also very difficult to get past the band in the dress, whether on or off.

We are really sorry to hear you have received a faulty dress and understand this will have been disappointing for you. Goddiva can offer a (20%-30% depends on fault) discount/refund on this style if you wish to keep/repair the dress this does make the style non-refundable in the future. Alternatively we can offer a full refund/replacement if you do wish to return the dress back to us.

We will also inform our design team regarding your design issue. The refund process typically takes 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) from the date we receive the item back.
