Wrong item sent still waiting for refund

I returned an item that I didn’t order and which I had to pay to be returned even though it was sent in error, over three weeks ago and Im still waiting for my refund. I haven’t received any messages on the update of this even though I’ve sent several emails. There is no phone number to call to enable me to get this sorted. Terrible customer service and support.
