The good part is, it's a nice dress. The cut was too low for my torso so I shortened it at the shoulders to reduce the amount of plunge.

The main problem is that the dress is not finished. All the tiered layers of sequin fabric around the bottom of the dress are not hemmed in any way. They are just cut. This means the fabric immediately frays, and the sequins unravel from their threads and fall off.

The fabric is too stretchy and the sequins stick out too much to get it through a sewing machine, so I had to sew all the layers by hand to hem them.

It's still a nice dress, but will fall apart from the bottom up unless you take the time to sew it yourself.
