Do not use this company

Dress was terribly creased when it arrived. I would always expect some creasing for garments purchased online, but have never experienced it to this level
On complaint to Goddiva I was given a script of how clothes were packed and a link to garment care. Felt completely dismissed and appalled that they would think their poor service becomes the problem of the customer. And they have the audacity to charge me for a return. Will not be using them again.

The creases are not a production fault. Our dresses are all folded and packed for dispatch this will happen with satin material, the fold lines will show on the material until they have been steamed. All our styles are steamed for photoshoots in house, they do not need to be professionally dry cleaned.

I bought this dress for a graduation event. I’m normally a 10 but I did need to size down as the dress fit well on the bottom but was slightly too big on top. The 8 fits perfect!
