Delivered shoved in bag. Ingrained creases have ruined the dress

Unfortunately this arrived shoved in the bag like a crinkled up piece of rubbish. Washed and hung thinking the ingrained creases in the chiffon would fall out but totally ingrained in . Just why 😭. All it needed was to be packed properly not crumpled in . Gutted
