    What is the returns policy?

    Goddiva offers a 28 day return policy from the date your order is received. We charge a £1.99 return fee per parcel for UK returns.


    If you are returning items from multiple brands, you will incur a £1.99 fee per parcel as each brand is returned separately.


    International return postage is the responsibility of the customer, however we do offer return labels for the following countries: US £10 | Canada £15 | EU £8.


    Exchanges and alterations are free of charge.

    How do I return my order?

    Visit our returns portal at goddiva.co.uk/pages/returns.

    You will need your order ID and the email address or mobile number used at checkout.

    Once your return is logged and payment completed, your Royal Mail return label and QR code will be available to download from the portal and will also be sent to you by email. Please check your spam/junk folder if you can't find it.

    Please note you will need to generate a separate label per brand returned.

    How long do returns take?

    Please allow 5–10 business days from the date your return is received at our warehouse for your refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. Returns from multiple brands are processed individually so refund timings may vary.

    Why was my return refused?

    All returned items are thoroughly inspected before a refund is approved. Returns will not be accepted if:

    ▫ The item has visible marks, stains, or odours
    ▫ Tags have been removed or tampered with
    ▫ The security ribbon has been removed
    ▫ The item has been returned outside of the 28 day policy
    ▫ The item is a beauty product, pierced jewellery, lingerie, swimwear or face mask (non-returnable for hygiene reasons)

    If your return is refused, the item will be sent back to you at our cost.

    Can I return sale or outlet items?

    Sale items can be returned within the standard 28 day policy providing they are in their original condition. Outlet items are final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

    What are your delivery options?

    Standard Delivery — £3.99 | 3–5 business days

    Next Day before 1pm — £5.99 | 1 business day (Mon–Fri orders before 1pm only)

    DPD Pickup Shop — £4.00 | 1–2 business days (collect from your chosen pickup location)

    All options are FREE with Goddiva Unlimited.


    Please note: Next day delivery is available on Goddiva own-brand items only. Marketplace and third-party brand items are dispatched separately on a standard timeframe regardless of the delivery option selected. Skye & Iris and Bella Barnett take 7–14 days with standard delivery.

    For orders placed after 1pm on Friday, dispatch occurs on Monday with delivery on Tuesday.

    How do I track my order?

    Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number.

    Please check your spam/junk folder if you can't find it.

    Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

    What does partial fulfilment mean?

    If your order contains marketplace brand items, these are shipped independently by each brand from their own warehouse. Your order may show as partially fulfilled until all items have been dispatched — this is completely normal. You will receive a separate shipping email with a unique tracking number per brand.

    If your full order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order details and we will chase the brand directly.

    Where is my order?

    If your order hasn't arrived or is showing as delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend checking the following first:

    1. Check your tracking link for the latest update.
    2. Check with neighbours or household members in case it was left with them.
    3. Check your emails and texts in case the courier has attempted delivery or requires further information.

    If you are still unable to locate your parcel, please contact our team with your order number and tracking details.

    Please note: Delivery times may be longer during peak periods or adverse weather conditions. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a weather-related delay.

    What if I am not in when my order is delivered?

    If no one is available to accept delivery, the courier will leave a card or send a text with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery or collect from a local depot. If the parcel is not collected or redelivered within 7 days it will be returned to Goddiva and processed as a return.

    If you choose to have your parcel left in a safe place, you accept full responsibility in the event of loss or damage.

    How do I cancel or modify my order?

    Our team begins processing orders immediately to ensure fast dispatch. Cancellation requests can be made within 1 hour of purchase through your customer account page — simply log in and select amend order.

    After this window, we are unable to guarantee a cancellation. If you would like to request one, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and we will do our best to help.

    I placed an order but have not received my order confirmation email?

    Not to worry — confirmation emails can sometimes end up in your spam or junk folder. Please check there first. If you still can't find it, please contact us with the shipping address used to place the order and we'll resend it as soon as possible.

    Can I change the shipping address on my order?

    Regrettably we are unable to change the shipping or billing address on an order once it's been placed. This is for security reasons and to avoid fraudulent charges. If you have made a mistake on your order please contact our customer service team with your order details. Our team will cancel and refund the order where applicable.

    I have missing or incorrect items in my order?

    If your order contains marketplace brand items, these are shipped separately by each brand and will arrive independently. You will receive a separate shipping email per brand.

    If you are missing an item from a single brand order, or have received an incorrect item, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and a photo of your packing slip where possible. We will investigate and resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

    I received a damaged or defective item?

    We apologise if your item has arrived damaged or defective. Please contact our team as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue and supporting photos where available. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on your preference.

    My marketplace order hasn't arrived yet?

    Our partner brands are shipped individually from the retailer, so items in your order may arrive separately. You'll receive a shipment email for each brand with a unique tracking number. Due to inventory updates by brands, there may be communication delays. If a style goes out of stock before your order is shipped, we'll cancel it and refund the original payment method.

    How do pre-orders work?

    Certain styles on our website are available for pre-order, as indicated in the product description. Your payment secures your order and items will be dispatched promptly once stock is received, typically within 7–14 working days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once dispatched.

    Goddiva covers customs charges for EU, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UAE and Saudi Arabia. Orders outside these locations may be subject to additional customs charges upon delivery. For full details please visit our Duties & VAT info page.

    Please note: Only Goddiva own-brand items can be shipped internationally. Marketplace brand items cannot be included in international orders.

    Can I pay in another currency?

    Goddiva accepts payments in GBP, Euros and US Dollars.

    Are there additional charges for international customers?

    Goddiva covers customs charges for EU, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UAE & Saudi Arabia. Orders outside these locations are subject to additional custom charges.

    International returns?

    International return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked courier service. Please include a note inside your parcel with your order number, reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange.

    International Marketplace orders

    Unfortunately it is only Goddiva branded styles that are able to ship internationally. If you have one of our marketplace brands in your basket, the order will not proceed through the checkout process.

    International order delays

    International delivery delays can be frustrating, especially when you are eagerly awaiting a package or shipment. There are several reasons why international deliveries can be delayed, including:

    ▫ Customs clearance: Packages need to go through customs clearance procedures in the destination country, which can take time.
    ▫ Weather conditions: Extreme weather conditions such as snowstorms, hurricanes, and floods can delay shipments.
    ▫ Transportation issues: Transportation delays such as flight cancellations, truck breakdowns, or traffic congestion can cause delays.

    If your package is delayed, the first step is to check the tracking information provided in your shipping email. If you feel your parcel is lost in transit please contact our CS team so we can resolve this.

    International missed delivery?

    If you have missed delivery or need to update the address details for your order, please contact the local carrier and advise directly. Unfortunately once your parcel has crossed international borders it is not possible for our team to communicate directly with the final mile carrier & local customs authority.

    If your parcel cannot be located or is missing on delivery a member of our team will raise an investigation with our partner courier and raise a claim on your behalf.

    How do discount codes work?

    Discount codes can be entered at checkout in the discount code box. Only one code can be applied per order. Codes are valid on full price Goddiva selected items only and cannot be used in conjunction with sale items or other promotions.

    How do I redeem discount codes?

    Once you have selected your desired dress(es), simply go to the checkout page, there you will find a discount code box, enter the code and click 'apply'. Discounts are valid on all full price Goddiva items only.

    Please note, promotion codes are only valid on the date stated, after this time the code will no longer apply.

  • PAYMENT QUERIES

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay and Clearpay (buy now, pay later). Gift cards and discount codes can also be applied at checkout.

    At checkout, you will see the available payment methods for your order.

    My payment has been declined. What should I do next?

    Firstly, make sure that you have put in the correct details by checking all information carefully. The payment may have been declined for the following reasons:

    ▫ The postcode/zip is incorrect
    ▫ The billing name/address doesn't match the cardholder's
    ▫ The payment info is incorrect/incomplete
    ▫ You have tried to place a high volume of purchases in a short space of time
    ▫ You have insufficient funds on the card you are attempting to use

    Please contact your bank to ensure there are no problems with the card. After this, please contact us with details of any error messages received and we will investigate further.

    *Declined payments are temporarily held as pending by your account/card provider before being returned back to you.

    Refunds to cancelled/expired payment methods

    Refunds can only be sent back to the original payment method used in the original charge. It's not possible to send a refund to a different destination (e.g. another card or bank account). Refunds to expired or cancelled cards are handled by the customer's card issuer and, in most cases, credited to the customer's replacement card. If no replacement exists, the card issuer usually delivers the refund to the customer using an alternate method (e.g., cheque or bank account deposit).

    I am unable to login?

    If you are having trouble logging in, please try the following:

    1. Use the forgotten password link on the login page to reset your password. A reset email will be sent to your registered email address. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it.
    2. If you haven't received a reset email, it's possible your order was placed as a guest rather than through a registered account. In this case you will need to create a new Goddiva account using the same email address.
    3. If you are still unable to access your account, please contact our team and we will be happy to help.

    Create a Goddiva account to start earning VIP points with every order. Points can be redeemed for discount coupons at checkout.

    Goddiva is an online brand only. You can place an order for your desired style and if it is not suitable then we will offer you a full refund within 28 days of your delivery date.

    Out of stock styles?

    All available colours and sizes are listed on the website. If your size is out of stock, you can sign up for a back in stock notification directly on the product page by selecting the unavailable size and entering your email address.

    New styles are added every Monday!

    What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?

    If an item you have already ordered goes out of stock before dispatch, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

    Do you have a size guide for your clothing?

    All our styles are sold in UK standard sizing. There is a size chart available on the product page and through the link below.

    How do alterations work and is there a cost?

    We offer free basic alterations such as hemming for length adjustments. To request an alteration, visit our returns portal at goddiva.co.uk/pages/returns and select the alteration option. A free return label will be provided.

    We recommend trying on the garment and pinning or marking the hem before sending it back so our team can make the adjustment accurately. Please log your desired measurements in the returns portal.

    Please note: Once an item has been altered it becomes non-returnable as it has been tailored to your measurements. Alterations are available on both full price and sale items.

    How long do alterations take?

    Our standard turnaround time for alterations is 7–14 days from the date we receive your item.

    What if my altered garment still doesn't fit as expected?

    If further adjustments are needed after the initial alteration, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the altered item and we will do our best to help.

    How do I provide measurements for alterations?

    We suggest trying on the garment and measuring from under the arm to the hem, marking off the amount you require removed. Please log these in our returns portal.

    Do alterations affect the return policy?

    Once an item has been altered, it becomes non-returnable, as it has been tailored specifically to your measurements. We recommend trying on the garment first to ensure satisfaction before requesting alterations.

    Can I request alterations on sale or outlet items?

    Yes, we can alter sale and outlet items; however, once altered, they will no longer be eligible for returns or exchanges.

    How do I request an exchange and what are the conditions?

    Exchanges can be requested within 28 days of delivery through our returns portal at goddiva.co.uk/pages/returns.

    Select the new size required and a free prepaid label will be provided.

    Please note:
    ▫ Items must be unworn and returned with tags attached
    ▫ We can only exchange for the same product in a different size, not a different colour or style
    ▫ Exchanges are dispatched free of charge
    ▫ If the size you require is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead

    How long do I have to request an exchange?

    You have 28 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. Please ensure the item is unworn, with tags still attached, to be eligible.

    Is there a fee for exchanges?

    Exchanges are dispatched free of charge!

    How long does it take to process an exchange?

    Exchanges are typically processed within 48 hours of your return being received, though public holidays may affect this timeframe. You will receive a confirmation once your exchange has been dispatched.

    What if the item I want to exchange for is out of stock?

    If the item you'd like is out of stock you will receive a full refund.

    Can I exchange an item for a different product?

    We currently only offer exchanges for the same product in a different size.
