I loved this dress, but very reluctantly h...

I loved this dress, but very reluctantly had to return it as it was way too long for my 5.5', even in heels. Taking it up was more than I could do on my own as it is two layers of chiffon.
The alternative was a potential trip - or rip. Such a shame.
Why do manufacturers continue to assume all women are 5.10', when we are clearly not ? Those who are, have specialist outlets available to them.

So disappointed.

Beautiful dress, excellent quality and fit . .

. . . except that at 5'4" it was way too long, and being double-layered it was beyond my ability to shorten it properly, as it's chiffon!

The risk of a fall, or ripping it (probably both) is not the look I want for my daughter's wedding, so reluctantly I had to return it. The process was easy and the refund prompt. Thank you.

I'm still looking !! Plenty of time yet !!!
