Didn’t receive what I ordered

I’ve struggled to even get the parcel returned - what a nightmare. Post office failed to collect 3 consecutive days. Eventually got the returns label and took to the post office. Still haven’t received an email from Godiva saying they have received the item for a refund.

I apologize for the continued delay in Royal Mail collecting your return parcel. Unfortunately, rebooking collections on the same label is not possible. You will need to generate a new label and schedule a new collection accordingly.

Based on feedback from other customers, this collection service provided by Royal Mail can be inconsistent. Therefore, we recommend that customers return items directly to their local post office for a quicker turnaround on refunds.
