Poor sizing

I ordered 3 dresses all in a size 8, the others fit fine if not slightly too big but this dress didn’t go past my hips, the underskirt is loose but the material on top has no give so not worth trying if you’re the slightest bit curvy. The colour and pattern is beautiful but such a shame about the sizing.
