We're all looking forward to the Oscars 2011 next weekend... we're dying to see who wears what and if there is a particular dress we love so much that we'll have to make it ourselves! We'll have to just wait and see! (I'm sure there'll be lots of gossip too from backstage and the after party's!

As the skies get brighter each day so is our fashion, it seems! The heavy coats have been put aside for a mac and a scarf which can only mean one thing... Spring is on it's way 

With Spring just around the corner it's time to start changing the wardrobe around and to start adding or dusting off key Spring trends! 2011 is proving to be a very adventurous year... along with the standard Spring trends like nautical, florals and pastel shades - we're also being treated to lovely loud colours in shoes, accessories and clothing - loud block colours are also springing up in hair colour, nail colour and make-up! So make haste while the sun shine s- but obviously don't go overboard and dress head to toe in loud colour - get a few key pieces like a scarf, cardigan, tights, jewellery or a pair of shoes 

Bright neons for Spring

Denim is making a comback as well - shirts, shorts, jackets and playsuits and dare I say it - double denim :D So think a light denim shirt tucked into a pair of indigo ankle skinnies with mocassins or a cute pair of converse and a tan colour skinny belt!

Frills and ruffles and lace and crochet - all things girly and fresh are all good to wear. Take advantage of all the wonderfully different leggings out there if you're wearing a skirt - there are sooo many designs to choose from to match everyone's own particular style.

We love trends, but never be a slave to fashion! Make it your own with your own stamp of individuality... no-one likes to be a sheep!
