Both dresses arrived screwed up in a ball. A mass of creases. One has threads and pulls all over sleeves, and the other is dropping sequins everywhere. It’s a real shame they have scrimped on their packaging as the dresses are beautiful.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. The creases are not a production fault. Our dresses are all folded and packed for dispatch this will happen with satin material, the fold lines will show on the material until they have been steamed. All our styles are steamed for photoshoots in house, they do not need to be professionally dry cleaned.

Regarding, dropping sequins and thread pulls, Goddiva can offer a (20%-30% depends on fault) discount/refund on this style if you wish to keep/repair the dress this does make the style non-refundable in the future. Alternatively we can offer a full refund/replacement if you do wish to return the dress back to us.

Beautiful dress

Beautiful dress, lovely quality but wasn’t quite what I was looking for. I think it would look great without the cowl back too. Was on the larger size so I would size down. Was too long for me but Goddiva do offer an alteration service which I think is fab!
