Our next-day service is applicable to orders made before 1pm from Monday to Thursday. If an order is placed before 1pm on Friday, it will be processed on the same day and delivered on Monday. For orders placed after 1pm on Friday, processing and dispatch will occur on Monday, with delivery scheduled for Tuesday!


1. When ordering from multiple brands, expect separate parcels from different warehouses. You'll only incur one delivery fee.

2.Shipping fees aren't refundable if delivery is delayed due to adverse weather conditions.

MY ITEM IS FAULTY, DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT?

Please drop our customer service team an email at info@goddiva.co.uk with your order details and pictures of the fault/error within 48 hours of receiving your faulty and or incorrect  item(s). 

A member of our customer care team will help you arrange either a repair, replacement or refund for you.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When we ship your order we will send you an email with your unique tracking details. You can track your UK orders by going to Royal Mail or DPD  track & trace page and entering the tracking number provided. For international orders please follow tracking here

MY PARCEL IS MISSING/LOST IN TRANSIT?

If your parcel is missing on delivery and/or is stuck in transit, please contact our CS team info@goddiva.co.uk Please include your order details and your tracking information so our team can help resolve this query in a timely manner.

Our customer care team will investigate this matter with the courier company involved. In the meantime, please follow your unique tracking number located in your shipping email. Please check with your neighbours or any safe space location on/around your property.

GODDIVA RETURN POLICY

We are happy to refund or exchange your purchase within 28 days!

There is a small charge for the return label: UK £1.99, US £10, Canada - £15, EU - £8, ROW local rates apply

Please ensure the item is in its original condition with all tags attached!

*Items bought from different brands MUST be returned to the correct brand using individual return(s) labels generated through our returns portal

WHEN WILL I NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?

Refunds will NOT! be granted on the following criteria, and the item(s) will be sent back to you at our own cost:

  • The labels & security ribbon have been removed from the item
  • The item is outside of the 28 day return & exchange policy
  • The item has been worn and resembles an odour of perfume, deodorant or body odour
  • The item contains pet hair & debris that has not been removed prior to the return
  • The item has been dragged on the floor damaging the hem
  • Swimwear, underwear must have the hygiene strip intact for a full refund
  • Pierced jewellery, skin care, hair care & makeup are non-refundable for hygiene reasons
  • Shoes must be tried indoors and must not show any signs of any wear
  • Any items which have been washed or have been altered in any way will not be accepted for a full refund

Goddiva Marketplace reserves the right to decline a refund or an exchange if any of the above is not adhered to.

HOW CAN I REQUEST A RETURN?

Goddiva provides a convenient return solution within 28 days! To qualify for a return label, your request must be processed through our returns portal

*Please note that we do not offer free international returns, and the return shipping fee will be your responsibility. Please see our section on  International returns for more information.

  1. Pack your return(s) securely in waterproof, non-see-through packaging. Remember to include the order note inside the parcel
  2. Log your return/exchange request on our portal here. You will need your Goddiva order ID, email and/or your mobile phone number
  3. Select your return or exchange request and the reason.
  4. Upon submission you will be able to  generate a prepaid label, QR code or schedule a door-to-door collection with the courier
  5. Keep a copy of your return tracking, you’ll be able to follow the journey here

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS?

We offer easy returns through our returns portal for select locations, prices range from US £10, Canada - £15, EU - £8 For other international locations, customers are responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked service through your local courier, ensuring any duty and taxes are covered.

Please securely repackage your item(s) in waterproof, non-transparent packaging, and include your order note inside the parcel.

HOW LONG DO REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES TAKE?

Refunds can take up to 5-10 business days from the date the parcel is delivered back to Goddiva! Once a refund has been issued you will receive a refund notification email. 

  • All returns are thoroughly checked by our Quality Control Team.
  • When returning an item, we will refund you the cost of the item and not the cost of delivery (if paid) unless the incorrect item or faulty item has been received 
  • Please note, we are unable to refund return postage costs of items sent back to us by an alternative returns method!

Exchanges are dispatched on a standard delivery service once the returned item has been received back to Goddiva

FREE ALTERATIONS

Maxi dress, too long? we can adjust it for you free of charge! 

Please log your request via our returns portal  Ensure your item(s) are securely repacked in waterproof, non-see-through packaging and fix the prepaid label to the outside of the packaging

 Remember to enclose the measurement form in your parcel! Please specify the desired length to be adjusted on the hem, and if feasible, attach a pin or tag to indicate the section needing alteration. Typically alterations can take 7-14 days from the date received back.

MISSING REFUND, AFTER 10 BUSINESS DAYS?

If you are worried that your refund is taking slightly longer than expected you can message our customer care team at info@goddiva.co.uk with your order details and a member of our team will investigate your return request .

ITEMS RETURNED TO GODDIVA IN ERROR?

Please note that any external returns sent to us in error are not prioritised due to internal workloads. If we locate your item(s) you will be notified, and they will be returned to you at your own expense.

NEXT BUSINESS DAY & EXPRESS DELIVERY

Next Day/Express orders placed before 1pm on 20th December 2024 will be delivered by 23rd December 2024.

Orders placed after 1pm on 20th December will be dispatched on 27th December 2024, with an estimated delivery by 30th December 2024.
